I have been involved with horses my entire life. My father Klaus Martin Rath is a trainer and instructor. I train with him daily at the Schafhof which is also home to a total of 60 horses. My stepmother Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff is one of the most successful of all dressage horsewomen and is, like my uncle Karsten Huck, bronce Medallist of Seoul 1988. We breed horses here in Kronberg, my mother Melita Huck is an equestrian photographer and was an active horse rider herself - it's hard to imagine a "horsier" life than that! Horses are my passion, my mission, my past, and my future as well.

Training style
It takes two to tango. This means every rider carries a great responsibility in order to guide the horse forward in the education, as well as himself. Two bodies, two souls and two wills that needs to excel in alignment and grace. We focus on both. With dedication, patience and time, everyone can develop and reach their full potential. This means everyone can be the very best they can be, no matter talent.
We train both riders and horses. It is always an individual journey. A journey with the only mission to carefully guide every individual on their path to personal excellence.
No matter horse or man. Or together.
This is what we aim for. What we care about.

Great success does not come without a great team. A great team is only built with trust and openness. Some would say with hard work. But one must not forget to have fun, no matter successes. Without fun and joy no success is worthwhile.

Vision
We strive to fulfill three major missions;
To support and care for horse and rider in order for them to reach their full potential. To role model true horsemanship in everything we do, in order to transforming others, and to be a part of developing the sport forward, in favor and in care for the horse and the role it plays - and will play - in our society.

Goals
We have extremely high goals regarding performance and achievements. In the end of the day, everyone wants to stand on the top of the podium, smiling, with the gold medal between their teeth. But we believe you need to have other goals than this, as well. It is after all every day that counts. Not only the days of a successful horse show.
We are winners. And we want to become this as a team, as friends, knowing we cared for more than only the sports results getting there. We have goals to have fun. To learn. To care for others. To be honest, authentic, vulnerable and true. To be fair humans. To always act in the interest of the horse, of others, of the world and to make every day count.
If we do this, we will all be winners. Every day.
